Residents appreciate the amenities that are not only located on the property but also those amenities that are readily accessible being adjacent to Stone Harbour. The quarter-mile Stone Harbour boardwalk along the waterfront connects Independence Park, located just north of Stone Harbour, and the Bristol Wharf Restaurants, inn, and shops just to the south.
Just in front of the boardwalk is the thirty nine (39) slip marina which accommodates boats up to 65 feet in length. It offers electronic access security, a wave attenuator system, and a sanitary pump-out system. Slips are serviced by portable water, electricty, telephone and cable TV/high speed Internet access.
Within view of the marina is the infinity edge swimming pool with an expansive sundeck overlooking the Bristol Harbour which affords residents the opportunity to relax while enjoying the company of their neighbors and the ongoings within the harbour. A refreshing swim in the pool is always an option as well.
For those residents who might want to spend some time indoors, the fitness center provides a comfortable
environment and workout options no matter the resident's abilities. The room includes cardiovascular and weight equipment as well as an area for core activities.

Residents can always walk along the boardwalk to Independence Park which is adjacent to Stone Harbour. Independence Park is not only the starting point of the East Bay Bike Path but also a good starting point for kayakers going out into Bristol Harbour. The bike path spans 14.5 miles along the shores of Narragansett Bay linking Bristol to downtown Providence. Kayakers paddling south from the park will take a route along Bristol's historic waterfront, a route that could entail a two (2) to four mile (4) trip.
